Wound Care Services

VNA Community Healthcare's wound care team is a multidisciplinary group. A Certified Wound Care Nurse (CWCN), visiting nurses, physical therapists and an occupational therapist meet regularly to review care for patients receiving wound care services. 

Wound Care Service Makes Sense When:

  • you come home from the hospital after surgery with an open wound
  • you are a homebound diabetic with a foot wound
  • you are homebound with a wound that won't heal
